Key principle: All operational data, biometric data, and worker records processed by our applications remain stored exclusively on the customer's own hardware and mobile device. Nothing is stored in any cloud service or relay server operated by Doodil2R IT Solutions.
This Privacy Policy describes how Doodil2R IT Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") handles information collected through our mobile applications: Doodil Eye (camera monitoring and person identification) and WoTA — Weaver & Operation Tracking and Appraisal System (factory floor operations and weaver management). Both applications are business-to-business (B2B) products deployed on the customer's own premises.
Doodil Eye connects to a DoodilEye base hardware device installed on the customer's premises. It enables live video monitoring, person identification using AI, detection event history, and operational reporting for businesses.
WoTA connects to a WoTA-Server running on the customer's factory premises. It provides real-time factory floor monitoring including loom status, loom efficiency, weaver efficiency, weaver attendance, weaver performance, shift management, machine stoppage tracking, and operational reports for supervisors and factory management.
All operational data stays on the customer's own premises. This includes:
None of the above data is uploaded to any cloud service, third-party server, or Doodil2R IT Solutions infrastructure.
Authentication tokens are stored securely on your mobile device using the operating system's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). Connection configuration (server address, client credentials) is also stored encrypted on the mobile device. No operational or personal data is stored permanently on the mobile device beyond these secure credentials and temporary session cache.
When a mobile device is off-site or on a different network from the factory, both applications route API calls through a relay server operated by Doodil2R IT Solutions at signal.doodil2r.com. This relay server:
All data payloads (API responses, reports, event records) travel end-to-end between the mobile device and the on-premises hardware. The relay server handles connection establishment only.
We do not use any data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any purpose beyond operating the deployed system for the business that has installed it.
We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. All data remains within the customer's own network and hardware infrastructure. Doodil2R IT Solutions has no access to operational data, worker records, loom data, or biometric data held in individual customer deployments.
The Doodil Eye application processes biometric data (facial images and face embeddings) only with the authorisation of the business that has deployed the DoodilEye system. The WoTA application processes worker personal data (names, attendance records, performance metrics) only within the customer's factory system.
Businesses using these applications are responsible for ensuring they have obtained appropriate consent from individuals whose data is enrolled, in accordance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction (including any applicable biometric data protection and labour data regulations).
Doodil2R IT Solutions does not access, process, or retain biometric data or worker personal data collected by individual business deployments.
All data is retained on the customer's own hardware for as long as the business requires it. Authorised administrators can delete enrolled individuals, worker records, and associated data at any time through the respective application's admin interface.
To remove all data from a DoodilEye deployment, an administrator can perform a factory reset of the DoodilEye base hardware device through the setup interface. To remove WoTA data, the factory's WoTA-Server administrator manages retention directly on the server.
All communication between the mobile app, the relay server, and the on-premises hardware is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS and WebRTC (DTLS-SRTP for media, TLS for DataChannel). Authentication uses JWT tokens with expiry. Access to both systems is role-based, restricting what each user can see and do. All credentials are stored encrypted on the mobile device using the platform's secure storage facilities.
Both applications are intended for use by businesses and their authorised employees. They are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you are an individual whose data (biometric, attendance, or performance records) has been enrolled in a DoodilEye or WoTA system, you may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting the business that operates the system. For questions about how a specific business handles your data, please contact that business directly — they are the data controller for their deployment.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
