EnTrack - Tracking the Airflow into Each Loom
- EnTrack monitors compressed airflow in each loom individually using a single airflow meter per shift,automatically.
- For each loom, airflow data is captured at least once when the loom is running (CFMr) and at least oncewhen the loom is stopped (CFMi) during each shift.The system displays real-time CFM measurements on the loom-level customized EnTrack display screen and factory floor TVs, enabling fitters to monitor and adjust airflow settings.Also the data is displayed in the User mobile/web/emails.

- EnTrack is programmatically controlled and automatically monitors and displays real-time data on air consumption for each loom.
- Reports are generated for analysis. EnTrack helps study air consumption based on the type of fabric construction woven and the condition of the loom in operation.
- Similar to air compression, electricity consumption can be measured at the loom level or block level.
