MatTrack - Tracking Warp Beams

MatTrack uses RFID-enabled warp beam tracking to monitor the movement of beams in and out of the factory.

  • The system tracks and displays each beam from the moment it is received from sizing, moved or placed in inventory, sent to the loom for knotting, and finally, when the empty beams are shipped back to sizing.
  • Each beam is tagged for real-time tracking, providing visibility of its location within inventory or the shed.

MatTrack in LABEL-FREE Roll Doff Printing

The system enables label-free printing of a unique QR code directly on the fabric at the time of doffing using a MatTrack portable printer.

MatTrack in LABEL-FREE Inspection Checking Printing

The system enables label-free printing of a unique QR code on the fabric during inspection checking, using either a stationary or portable MatTrack printer. A unique company ID and other details can be printed every 100-200 meters on each roll during fabric checking. Along with the QR code, details such as the company ID, meter count, fabric construction, date/time, shift, or weaver information can be printed during doffing or inspection checking.
